About the role
Join the front‑line team at SO/ Auckland, a design‑led luxury hotel in the heart of the CBD. As a full‑time Concierge you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering personalised service that enhances every stay.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests and visitors with genuine warmth, ensuring they feel valued from arrival.
- Provide expert recommendations on local attractions, dining venues and hidden gems.
- Handle luggage, store belongings securely, and park vehicles with professionalism.
- Anticipate guest needs, record preferences and manage requests, questions and messages promptly.
- Maintain tidy and inviting public spaces, addressing any issues quickly.
- Maintain a positive attitude when solving challenges and work collaboratively with the team.
Required profile
- Valid Full New Zealand driver’s licence (manual and automatic).
- Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends, public holidays and night shifts.
- Legal right to work in New Zealand.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 30 kg.
- Professional appearance and clear communication skills.
- Outgoing, proactive and detail‑oriented with a passion for hospitality.
