About the role

Join the production team at Allens Road Roastery as a Casual Packer. This hands‑on position gives you a front‑row seat to the coffee industry, helping to pack steeped coffee products with care and consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Pack coffee products on the steep production line according to training.
• Ensure all packaging meets quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe work environment.
• Support the line with general tasks and help meet daily production targets.
