About the role

Vessev is pioneering hydrofoiling electric vessels and is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive market expansion and build a robust sales pipeline. You will work closely with the Director of Business Development and the Growth Team to shape the company’s go‑to‑market strategy across sectors, regions, and partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis, lead generation and prospecting to identify new trends and expansion opportunities.
  • Manage outreach, lead qualification, ranking and early engagement, feeding qualified prospects into the sales pipeline.
  • Provide product collateral, specifications and route/operational modelling to support sales conversations.
  • Maintain excellent pipeline hygiene and reporting in the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of progress.
  • Support customers from reservation through vessel delivery, coordinating updates, site visits and options capture.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams on pitch materials, sales resources and event logistics.

Required profile

  • Highly motivated, ownership‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑moving startup environment.
  • Excellent communicator and listener with strong relationship‑building skills.
  • Resilient, adaptable and able to learn from rejection.
