About the role
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Brand Manager will drive growth for priority brands across Auckland. You will work across the full marketing mix, turning strategy into execution and delivering end‑to‑end campaigns, activations and new product launches.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and delivery of brand plans and campaigns.
- Execute channel and activation activities that drive sales and brand growth.
- Manage budgets, track ROI and report on performance.
- Deliver end‑to‑end projects, including key campaigns and activations.
- Support new product launches from planning through execution.
- Collaborate closely with sales and channel teams to bring brand strategy to life.
- Manage agency and stakeholder relationships.
- Execute sponsorships and events.
- Use data and insights to optimise activity and improve performance.
Required profile
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing, trade or channel roles, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong project‑management ability and capacity to handle multiple priorities.
- Commercial mindset focused on performance and results.
- Confident communicator able to work with a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Experience in liquor or FMCG sectors.
- Background across both brand and channel marketing.
