The Banking Consultant supports everyday banking needs of customers in Nelson, delivering friendly, hands‑on service and guiding them through simple and life‑changing financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with a wide range of banking transactions.

• Introduce and demonstrate digital banking tools in an easy‑to‑use manner.
• Guide customers through opening accounts, updating personal details, and exploring new products.
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Exceptional customer focus, preferably with retail experience.
• Experience using and promoting digital channels.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity.
• Team‑oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
• Sound understanding of compliance requirements.
• Solid background in banking operations.
