Back End Developer - AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Back End Developer to help train and improve AI systems. The role is fully remote, allowing you to set your own schedule while working on challenging coding problems and Android‑focused projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI models, with an emphasis on Android development.
• Write clear, high‑quality code snippets and detailed explanations for AI training datasets.
• Evaluate AI‑generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
• Provide constructive feedback that directly influences the next generation of AI models.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Preferred experience in Kotlin.
• Proficiency in at least one additional language or framework such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
• Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree.
