Application Tech Lead

About the role

The Application Tech Lead will drive the design, implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Endpoint Manager solutions across cloud and on‑premises environments. You will lead workshops, produce solution design documents and ensure high‑quality delivery for a range of application and platform changes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery for Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune and MEMCM implementations.
• Run effective workshops and create detailed solution design documentation.
• Analyse existing MEMCM/Intune deployments to identify improvement opportunities.
• Execute application and platform changes, releases and service requests in supported environments.
• Document all work in line with organisational standards, methods and procedures.
• Provide expert troubleshooting for complex issues.
• Work independently while maintaining a customer‑focused, caring approach.
• Maintain and promote best practices for cloud and on‑premises Endpoint Manager deployments.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a technical lead or similar role.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, MEMCM and related technologies.
• Existing Microsoft and Azure certifications.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
• Energetic, passionate and highly motivated professional.
