AI Researcher – AI Trainer

About the role

Join DataAnnotation’s remote team as an AI Researcher – AI Trainer, helping to shape cutting‑edge AI systems that perform quantitative analysis and scientific reasoning. You will work on a flexible schedule, evaluating model outputs and creating new quantitative challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate AI‑generated quantitative work for technical accuracy and real‑world validity.
• Design and solve quantitative problems used to train and benchmark AI models, including forecasting, optimization and statistical inference.
• Write clear technical explanations and well‑documented analytical code.
• Provide feedback that directly influences the next generation of quantitative AI models.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in a quantitative role or research environment.
• Comfortable writing and reviewing analytical code end‑to‑end.
• Practical experience with statistical methods, predictive modeling and experiment design.
• Fluent English with strong written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field preferred.
