Teach English in China – Graduate Program (Entry‑Level)

About the role

English 1 is seeking recent graduates and early‑career professionals to join its Graduate Program as English teachers in China. You will work in a dynamic classroom environment, delivering engaging lessons to learners aged 3–16 while gaining international experience.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English using English 1’s award‑winning curriculum and digital tools.
• Design and deliver high‑energy, interactive lessons.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve confidence and proficiency.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and clean background check.
• Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus – sponsorship available.
