About the role
Halter is seeking a Talent Operations Specialist to join its People & Performance team. The role will own the end‑to‑end hiring operations, ensuring a seamless, high‑quality candidate experience as the company scales globally.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full candidate journey, from initial outreach through onsite logistics and events.
- Coordinate travel, communications, and logistics for candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain compliance and audit readiness across the hiring lifecycle, including immigration and background checks.
- Ensure data integrity and accurate reporting for hiring metrics.
- Partner with Talent Partners, People Ops, and hiring leaders to optimise processes and drive automation.
Required profile
- Proven experience in fast‑moving, high‑growth environments.
- Strong organisational skills with a focus on building structure and process excellence.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and locations.
