Store Manager

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager to lead our West Auckland boutique. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and maintaining the visual standards of our jewellery brand.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage, train and motivate store staff to achieve performance targets.
• Drive sales targets through effective merchandising and customer engagement.
• Maintain high standards of visual presentation and store cleanliness.
• Control inventory, conduct stock checks and manage replenishment.
• Implement local marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork.
• Build relationships with the local community and represent the brand professionally.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong customer service focus with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Retail sales expertise, including meeting targets and developing strategies.
• Experience in merchandising and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and POS software.
• Ability to work collaboratively, take initiative and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous retail or fashion experience is highly advantageous.
• Genuine passion for jewellery, fashion and community engagement.
