About the role
Deloitte’s Enterprise Technology & Performance team is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to join its offices in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch or Dunedin. You will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and design ServiceNow solutions that improve efficiency, service delivery and operational performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end ServiceNow projects, ensuring best practices and high‑quality delivery.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
- Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, integrations and system processes.
- Provide expert advice on ServiceNow upgrades, patching and ongoing maintenance.
- Act as Scrum Master for implementation projects, tracking sprints and ensuring client expectations are met.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of consulting experience focused on ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and relevant certifications.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in any core module – highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and sprint‑based delivery.
Required skills
- ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, CSM, SecOps, GRC.
- Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban.
- ITIL process knowledge.
