Senior Front of House & Barista (Full-time)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Front of House & Barista to lead daily operations at our premium café in Wanganui. You will ensure smooth service, high‑quality coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere for our regulars and new guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the front‑of‑house team, coordinating service flow during busy periods.
• Prepare and serve premium coffee and other beverages to consistent standards.
• Take customer orders, serve meals, and maintain a friendly, efficient service experience.
• Support teammates across multiple café positions as needed.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked.

Required profile

• Team‑player with excellent communication and a positive attitude.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and able to work under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high standards.
• Previous barista or café experience with strong coffee knowledge.
