Senior Brand Manager – Consumer Health

About the role

Nestlé is seeking a strategic Senior Brand Manager to own the GO Healthy dietary supplement brand in New Zealand. You will shape long‑term growth, drive innovation and ensure flawless market execution across the consumer health portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategy to drive growth.
• Lead innovation and portfolio management, overseeing new product development.
• Collaborate with regulatory, technical and commercial teams to bring products to market.
• Create impactful consumer experiences and optimise the path‑to‑purchase.
• Partner with sales to deliver shopper‑led strategies and trade execution.
• Lead cross‑functional projects and influence stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Inspire and guide teams toward shared brand goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing or a related commercial role, preferably FMCG or consumer health.
• Strong track record in brand building, campaign execution and innovation delivery.
• Deep understanding of consumer insights and data‑driven decision making.
• Experience across the full marketing mix, including digital, media and trade marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking combined with creativity and entrepreneurial drive.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, curious and results‑oriented mindset.
