Sales Assistant – Garden and Landscape

About the role

We are seeking energetic Sales Assistants to join our Garden and Landscape department. The role is full‑time, includes weekend shifts, and involves helping customers find the right gardening and landscaping products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers in the garden and landscape area.
• Identify and capture customer needs to recommend appropriate products.
• Maintain product displays, stock shelves, and ensure the department is tidy.
• Handle and lift heavy items safely as required.
• Process sales transactions and support the checkout process.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with the ability to listen and respond to customer needs.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• High level of physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Passion for gardening; knowledge of garden products is a plus.
