Roofing Foreman

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead commercial roofing projects, including new builds and replacements. This role offers the chance to work with a variety of roofing systems while mentoring a team of apprentices and fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee commercial roofing projects from start to finish.
• Work with multiple roofing systems such as metal, warm, membrane, Kingspan, and cladding.
• Manage labour, materials, and schedules to ensure projects stay on track.
• Train and mentor apprentices, promoting a positive team culture.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and site managers.

Required profile

• Experienced roofer, builder, or carpenter with leadership abilities (minimum 3 years).
• Commercial roofing experience is desirable.
• Customer‑focused and solution‑driven.
• Adaptable, motivated, and committed to delivering quality work.
