Remote Rust Engineer – AI Data Training Contractor

About the role

We are looking for a remote Rust Engineer to work on AI data training projects. You will review and generate Rust code, evaluate the reasoning behind solutions, and provide detailed feedback to improve AI model outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated Rust code and explanations, assessing correctness, safety, and adherence to prompts.
• Generate high‑quality Rust code and step‑by‑step explanations that demonstrate idiomatic patterns.
• Rate and compare multiple AI responses based on correctness and reasoning quality.
• Create detailed prompts and responses to guide AI learning across diverse topics.
• Evaluate and rank AI outputs to enhance model accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance.
• Test AI models for inaccuracies or biases and ensure reliable performance.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of professional Rust development experience in backend, CLI, or systems projects.
• Strong grasp of Rust ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, traits, generics, pattern matching and error handling.
• Experience using LLMs or AI coding assistants and validating their output.
• Excellent written English with the ability to produce clear technical explanations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
