Regional Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Regional Marketing Coordinator to own the delivery of experiential campaigns across Wellington and the Lower North Island. You will be the on‑site point of contact, ensuring activations run smoothly, Brand Ambassadors are supported and clients receive the high standard of service Orbit Marketing is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate regional campaigns from preparation through execution, managing kit logistics, courier movements and local storage.
• Provide on‑ground support and shift cover during live activations, troubleshooting issues in real time.
• Lead, schedule and fill shifts for Brand Ambassadors using the staff management system.
• Train Brand Ambassadors both online and in person with a strong sales focus.
• Conduct in‑store visits, mystery shops and quality checks to drive results.
• Capture imagery and complete accurate post‑campaign reporting.

Required profile

• Highly organised with sharp attention to detail.
• Self‑starter who takes ownership and works independently.
• Clear, responsive communicator comfortable juggling multiple campaigns.
• Solutions‑focused under pressure.

Required skills

• Valid full NZ driver’s licence.
• Own reliable vehicle for regional travel.
