Quality Inwards Officer – Afternoon Shift

About the role

Vitaco is seeking a Quality Inwards Officer to join its Quality Control team on the afternoon shift (2:00 pm – 10:30 pm). The role ensures that raw materials, packaging, and finished goods meet the company’s quality standards before they are released to market.

Key responsibilities

• Sample raw and packaging materials as well as finished goods.
• Verify incoming documentation such as Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) and MPI‑related documents.
• Maintain master packing material standards.
• Release compliant materials for production.
• Prepare Reject Reports and Return‑to‑Supplier Reports.
• Support Quality Assurance tasks related to production documentation.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Commitment to health and safety.
• Physically capable of handling items up to 25 kg.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
