About the role

Join The Comfort Group’s brand‑new manufacturing facility in North Waikato as a Production Operator. You will be part of a ground‑level team shaping processes, building culture, and delivering high‑quality foam and bedding products.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production targets.
• Identify and report any safety or equipment issues.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives as the site grows.
