Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Vocalbeats is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid‑media strategies for its global AI‑driven products. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with product, data, and design teams to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise paid‑promotion campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads and other channels.
• Manage multi‑million‑dollar monthly budgets, improving ROI while reducing CAC.
• Develop test plans for ad creatives, iterating to boost click‑through and conversion rates.
• Analyse data funnels, refine account structures, targeting, and bidding models.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to create a closed‑loop growth process from exposure to payment.
• Monitor iOS SKAN and Android attribution updates to ensure data accuracy.
• Explore new channels and tools, identifying growth opportunities in emerging markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, advertising, statistics or computer science.
• Minimum 3 years of mobile‑app promotion optimisation experience across multiple countries and products.
• Experience managing teams or leading growth projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with structured problem‑solving abilities.
• Good English reading and writing skills for international communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau and Looker.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google UAC, TikTok Ads and Apple Search Ads platforms.
