Part-time Customer Service Representative in Manukau

About the role

Join Noel Leeming’s Manukau store as a part‑time Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for shoppers, helping them with payments, product queries and after‑sales support while delivering the brand’s high‑standard service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers at the counter with payment options, hire purchases and credit applications.
• Provide information on service repairs, sales inquiries and product specifications.
• Proactively address and resolve customer concerns both in‑store and over the phone.
• Support administrative duties such as paperwork, data entry and inventory checks.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Friendly phone manner and clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to quickly learn and use computer systems and point‑of‑sale software.
• Physical capability to lift heavy items, climb ladders and stand for extended periods.

Required skills

• Experience using a point‑of‑sale system (beneficial).
