About the role
We are seeking motivated Outbound Sales Consultants to join Axcel Limited’s fast‑growing comparison and switching service. You will help New Zealand customers find better broadband, mobile and utility options by contacting warm leads and existing enquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Contact warm leads and respond to inbound enquiries.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable broadband, mobile and utility solutions.
- Follow up leads, convert opportunities and achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships and provide excellent post‑sale service.
Required profile
- Previous outbound sales or telesales experience, preferably in telecommunications.
- Strong communication and objection‑handling abilities.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently from home.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.
