About the role

Join Yili Oceania’s 18‑month Operations Graduate Programme and gain hands‑on experience in large‑scale dairy manufacturing. You will rotate across key operational areas at our Glenavy and Hokitika sites, contributing to real projects from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Support engineering initiatives and process improvement projects.
• Assist in strengthening quality systems and compliance.
• Contribute to supply‑chain performance optimisation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve operational challenges.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student in engineering, food science, microbiology, quality, supply chain or related fields.
• Demonstrated curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of dairy manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with quality assurance principles.
• Interest in continuous improvement methodologies.
