Intermediate Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Intermediate Software Engineer to join the Actionable Intelligence stream of our Product Engineering team. In this full‑stack position you will help evolve the Insights experience, building features that let retail customers explore data, uncover patterns and turn complex information into clear, actionable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship new front‑end and back‑end features for the Insights product.
• Integrate multiple retail‑crime data sources into a unified, cloud‑native platform.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Design and other engineers to deliver value in short, frequent releases.
• Maintain high code quality and a minimal defect rate while supporting continuous deployment.
• Contribute to the evolution of our Azure‑based service‑oriented architecture.

Required profile

• Mid‑level full‑stack developer with a passion for using technology to combat retail crime.
• Strong collaborative mindset and willingness to participate in a coaching culture.
• Curiosity about AI and how it can enhance product features and internal workflows.

Required skills

• React and Typescript for front‑end development.
• C# and .NET for back‑end services.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and cloud‑native architectures.
• Ability to work with data integration and service‑oriented design.
