About the role
The Human Resources Advisor (HR Business Partner) will oversee the full employee lifecycle for our New Zealand operations, including plant‑level activities. This role partners with managers and staff to ensure effective recruitment, development, and compliance across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes for all positions.
- Support employee development initiatives and drive performance management cycles.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.
- Facilitate employee engagement programmes and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Provide HR guidance and day‑to‑day support to both management and staff.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing or plant environment is preferred.
Required skills
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
