Graphic Designer – Brand Agency (Christchurch)

About the role

We are seeking an intermediate‑level Graphic Designer to join a highly regarded strategic brand agency in Christchurch. The role is based in‑house, working alongside a team of designers on a variety of brand identity and layout projects for high‑profile New Zealand, Australian and global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine brand identity concepts and visual systems.
• Create layout designs for strategic documents, presentations and marketing collateral.
• Interpret and apply brand guidelines consistently across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with senior designers and the Design Director to ensure high‑quality, craft‑driven output.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail while meeting project timelines.

Required profile

• Solid experience in brand design and layout work.
• Ability to take direction, follow brand guidelines and work efficiently.
• Enthusiastic, creative mindset with a willingness to learn from senior mentors.
• Valid work permit or right to work in New Zealand.
