About the role

Join Yili Oceania’s 18‑month Finance Graduate Programme starting February 2027. You will rotate across key finance functions at our Glenavy and Hokitika sites, gaining hands‑on experience that directly supports business decision‑making in a large‑scale dairy manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with financial analysis, reporting and budgeting cycles.
• Support forecasting processes and performance monitoring.
• Partner with operational teams to provide commercial finance insights.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and business improvement projects.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student with a degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and curiosity about business operations.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
