ERP Technical Lead

About the role

Service Foods is looking for an experienced ERP Technical Lead to own and enhance its ERP environment. Reporting to the IT Manager and based at the National Support Office in Māngere, you will drive implementation, optimisation and ongoing management of the system to support the fast‑paced food service business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation, maintenance and support of the ERP system.
• Design, develop and deliver ERP configurations, customisations and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP‑related issues for users across the organisation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create effective solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Mentor junior team members and safeguard data integrity and system security.
• Conduct system audits, performance tuning and continuous optimisation.
• Support IT infrastructure upgrades and work with other product leads for cohesive operations.
• Manage small to medium‑sized IT projects as directed by the IT Manager.

Required profile

• Relevant IT qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, support and maintenance.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand (citizenship, residency or valid work visa).

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in SQL database management, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience with database server management, navigation and diagnostics.
• Knowledge of Crystal Reports.
• Familiarity with Sage 300 ERP or similar ERP systems.
