Enterprise Architect

About the role

Genesis is seeking two Enterprise Architects to partner with business and technology leaders, shaping strategic technology direction and solving complex challenges across customer, wholesale and corporate services.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and maintain strategic technology roadmaps.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
• Influence investment decisions through storytelling and pragmatic analysis.
• Lead architecture governance across programmes and major initiatives.
• Explore emerging technologies and AI opportunities that boost productivity and business value.
• Mentor Solution Architects and help grow the architecture practice’s capabilities.

Required profile

• Strong communicator and strategic thinker able to operate in ambiguity and influence senior audiences.
• Deep experience in Enterprise Architecture within large, complex environments.
• Proven storytelling and influencing skills for executive stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience applying AI and Agentic AI to real business problems.
• Good working knowledge of modern enterprise architecture practices and tools.
• Strong data literacy and understanding of modern data platforms.
• Mentoring mindset with experience onboarding and guiding architects and project leaders.
