Digital Performance Specialist

About the role

ANZ is looking for a Digital Performance Specialist to join its Marketing Performance team in Auckland. You will help drive growth by analysing digital campaign data, uncovering insights and supporting optimisation across our online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse digital journeys, campaign performance and analytics to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.
• Support the execution of data‑led digital campaigns and refine outcomes using performance metrics.
• Participate in test‑and‑learn initiatives, measuring impact and informing strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliant, data‑driven campaign delivery aligned with business goals.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in digital marketing and performance analysis.
• Strong data‑analytics capability with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Good understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, media buying platforms and conversion metrics.
• Curiosity, critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
