Department Manager (20h) – 12‑Month Secondment

About the role

As a Department Manager you will lead a store department, driving sales and profit while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This 20‑hour per week, 12‑month secondment role combines hands‑on floor work with strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and act on sales & profit KPIs to maximise department performance.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandisers to ensure visual standards and commercial handbook implementation.
• Maintain H&M standards using the Customer Experience Tool.
• Evaluate team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct development reviews.
• Develop a talent pipeline and succession plan for the department.
