About the role
First Table is seeking a Customer Marketing Specialist focused on activation and retention to strengthen its lifecycle marketing across New Zealand, Australia and the UK. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will combine data, creativity and automation to deliver personalised experiences that drive diner acquisition, engagement and loyalty.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the lifecycle marketing strategy covering onboarding, activation, retention, loyalty, churn prevention and win‑back initiatives.
- Design, build and optimise customer journeys and automated campaigns across multiple markets.
- Analyse customer data and behavioural insights to uncover growth opportunities and improve lifetime value.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data and Engineering teams to implement experimentation and AI‑driven solutions.
- Support the rollout of loyalty and personalisation programmes, ensuring consistent brand experience.
