About the role
The Availability Manager leads the Nightfill team at The Warehouse store in Greymouth, ensuring shelves are stocked, merchandise is presented to planograms and customers can find what they need quickly. This role combines hands‑on stock replenishment with coaching and leadership to maintain a safe, tidy and attractive store environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee presentation, merchandising, restocking and recovery during night shifts.
- Lead, coach and motivate the Nightfill team to meet tight timeframes.
- Ensure planograms, display guides and merchandising standards are consistently applied.
- Maintain a safe work environment and support a positive team culture.
- Coordinate with store management to align stock levels with sales demand.
Required profile
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in retail stock or merchandising.
- Can‑do attitude with a willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done.
- Excellent communication and basic computer skills.
Required skills
- Forklift licence (preferred but not essential).
