Artist Strategy Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an Artist Strategy Assistant to join Warner Music’s International Artist Strategy team in New Zealand. In this fast‑paced position you will help plan and execute marketing campaigns that bring global artists to Australian and New Zealand audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support Artist Strategy Managers and Executives in developing and rolling out marketing plans for an international roster.
• Coordinate digital product releases, manage global creative assets and track advertising deadlines.
• Act as the central “engine room” to keep campaigns moving across multiple markets and teams.
• Assist with data collection, reporting and performance analysis for campaign effectiveness.

• Strong eye for detail and a passion for solving complex puzzles.
• Enthusiasm for music and a desire to shape how international releases connect with local fans.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work within a cross‑functional, fan‑first environment.
