About the role
As a Trade Marketing Manager for the Luxe Division, you will bring prestigious brands to life in the New Zealand market. Reporting to a Melbourne‑based marketing team, you will activate trade marketing initiatives for iconic franchises and new product launches across both online and offline channels, aiming to grow sales, visibility and market share.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute localized brand plans that align with global brand identity and guidelines.
- Collaborate with commercial, retail, digital, education and PR teams to create integrated campaigns.
- Brief and guide retail and digital teams on visual merchandising, point‑of‑sale materials and online touchpoints.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends and competitor activity, and provide actionable insights.
- Manage the online and offline activation of retail and trade strategies.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated, excellent communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong commercial sense with an eye for detail, especially in visual merchandising and retail execution.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with precision.
