Test Automation Engineer - AI Trainer

About the role

Join the DataAnnotation team as a Test Automation Engineer focused on AI training. You will work remotely, creating and solving coding challenges that help improve state‑of‑the‑art AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement diverse coding problems, especially for Android development, used to train AI systems.
• Write clear, high‑quality code snippets and detailed explanations.
• Evaluate AI‑generated code for accuracy, performance, and readability.
• Provide constructive feedback that directly influences the next generation of AI models.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Required skills

• Preferred experience in Kotlin.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills for clear documentation.
