Technical Lead – Data, AI and Analytics

About the role

Datacom is seeking a Technical Lead for Data, AI and Analytics to provide senior technical leadership across its data platforms. You will shape solution architecture, ensure technical quality, and guide peers while delivering robust data warehousing, lake, and AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical design and delivery of data warehouse, data lake and related platforms, ensuring alignment with architecture standards.
• Collaborate with data operations, reporting, architecture and business stakeholders to enable change, operational readiness and adoption of analytics and AI solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to meet delivery commitments, quality standards and architectural integrity.
• Support Data/Analytics Operations and project teams with consultative advice on AI‑enabled opportunities.
• Monitor platform performance, identify trends and risks, and drive improvements in reliability, scalability and service quality.
• Contribute to estimation, sequencing and delivery planning for sustainable implementation.
• Mentor peers, conduct technical reviews and uplift engineering practices across the team.

Required profile

• Proven senior technical leadership experience in data, analytics or AI solution delivery.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and translate business needs into technical designs.
• Experience ensuring architectural integrity, quality standards and service expectations.
• Capability to mentor and guide engineering teams.
