About the role
The Team Experience Leader will drive store‑wide optimisation of right team, right task, right time (RT3) initiatives, improving both employee and customer experiences through effective resource allocation and task management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimise store‑wide team scheduling to maximise service, align with budgets and follow rostering principles.
- Plan and oversee comprehensive training programmes covering multi‑skilling and compliance requirements.
- Conduct strategic workforce planning for future labour needs, including annual leave, succession and certifications.
- Review weekly payroll for accuracy and resolve escalated process‑related issues.
- Provide store leadership support by acting as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts and fostering team collaboration.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.
Required profile
- Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Proven ability to build collaborative partnerships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Effective team leadership through delegation, progress tracking, coaching and motivation.
- Exceptional communication skills, clearly articulating tasks and expectations.
- Data‑driven and accountable, interpreting data to drive action and delivering work accurately and on time.
- Willingness to work four weekend shifts per month (including at least one Saturday and one Sunday) and at least one evening each week.
