Secondary Teacher (All Subjects) – Auckland, NZ

About the role

We are seeking qualified secondary teachers (ages 13‑18) to join Epsom Girls Grammar School in Auckland, New Zealand. The role involves delivering the national NCEA curriculum and, where applicable, Cambridge International qualifications across all subject areas.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Years 9‑13 in line with NCEA and Cambridge standards.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to the school’s extensive co‑curricular programme by coaching or managing sports, arts, cultural or service groups.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive teaching environment.

Required profile

• Qualified classroom teacher currently teaching 13‑18 year‑old students.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with students, staff and the wider community.
• Team‑player with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Holder of New Zealand teacher registration or eligibility to obtain it.
• Available to interview in London (8‑9 July) or Manchester (11‑12 July).
