Promoter Operations & Ticketing Manager

About the role

Live Nation is seeking a highly organised, commercially‑focused professional to manage promoter operations and ticketing for New Zealand‑based tours. This 12‑month fixed‑term position will support the full lifecycle of tours, from initial planning through to settlement, ensuring smooth execution and maximised revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end tour logistics, including venue bookings, itineraries and stakeholder communications.
• Assist with budgeting, artist payments, settlements and contract administration.
• Collaborate with promoters, marketing, production, logistics and accounting teams to deliver seamless tour operations.
• Manage ticketing strategy for NZ tours: pricing, inventory, event builds, on‑sales, reporting and settlements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in ticketing operations, tour coordination or event management within live entertainment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across promoters, agents, venues and internal teams.
• Commercially minded, proactive problem‑solver comfortable handling budgets and revenue‑driven initiatives.
