About the role
ASB is seeking a highly capable Personal Assistant to provide proactive, end‑to‑end support to senior leaders in its Financial Services division. The role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, relationship building, and ensuring smooth operations before needs are even recognised.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex diaries, inboxes and travel arrangements for General Managers.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and executive‑level presentations.
- Act as a trusted liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows.
- Prepare correspondence, reports and other administrative documents.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or senior administrative role supporting leaders.
- Strong judgement, maturity and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging at all levels.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
