About the role
Team Global Express is looking for an early‑career People & Culture professional to join its high‑performing HR team. You will support the full employee lifecycle and work closely with Payroll, Finance and People Leaders across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and employment changes end‑to‑end.
- Prepare contracts and maintain accurate employee records.
- Keep the HR system (Workday) up to date and running cleanly.
- Support reporting and data insights for the business.
- Serve as the first point of contact for P&C queries across the organisation.
- Provide light‑touch executive support such as travel coordination, expense processing and general admin for a small group of ELT members.
Required profile
- Early in an HR career and ready for a broader, hands‑on role.
- Bonus if you have experience with Workday or a similar HRIS.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused attitude with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
- Confidence working with systems and data, strong Excel capability.
- Genuine interest in People & Culture and a desire to build a long‑term career in the field.
