Online Assistant

About the role

As an Online Assistant you will pick and pack online grocery orders for Woolworths customers, ensuring each order is accurate, efficient and safe. You will also liaise with other departments to resolve out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and any other enquiries that arise during fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment while on your feet.
• Communicate stock issues, substitutions and other queries to relevant teams.
• Follow health and safety procedures for yourself and colleagues.
• Support the online fulfilment flow by adhering to company processes.

• Ability to work on your feet for the duration of the shift.
