Night Shift Machine Operator – Powder Plant

About the role

This full‑time night‑shift position (10:00 pm – 6:30 am) is based in our Dairy Powder Plant. You will operate high‑speed machinery, set up production lines and contribute to continuous improvement in a GMP‑controlled environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor high‑speed powder processing equipment during the night shift.
• Set up, adjust and optimise production lines to meet quality and output targets.
• Perform routine checks, record data and ensure compliance with GMP and health‑safety standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols.

Required profile

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to solve problems quickly.
• Physically fit – able to lift up to 25 kg regularly.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing production demands and deadlines.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to health and safety in the workplace.
