Night Cleaner

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Night Cleaner to join our hotel team. Working overnight, you will ensure that public areas, guest rooms and front‑office spaces are spotless, safe and welcoming for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of public areas on the 2nd floor in line with brand standards and health‑safety regulations.
• Assist the Front Office with lobby services, security functions, luggage handling and guest arrivals/departures.
• Prepare and deliver in‑room dining orders, keep the kitchen area tidy after service.
• Provide barista‑style coffee to guests and support the Food & Beverage team during breakfast.
• Handle guest property storage, documentation and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to address repair requests promptly.
• Ensure the guest services desk, foyer and forecourt are presented immaculately at all times.
• Carry out assigned cleaning duties, manage chemicals and linen economically, and keep corridors clear of obstacles.

Required profile

• Ability to work night shifts and follow detailed procedures.
• Strong awareness of health, safety and chemical storage regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of hygiene.
• Good communication skills to liaise with guests, Night Manager and other departments.
