Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing and Communications team in Auckland. This early‑career position offers hands‑on exposure across the full marketing delivery framework, supporting sales enablement, demand creation, content, and brand activities while working closely with senior marketers and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of marketing activities across sales enablement, lead generation, thought leadership, and brand initiatives.
• Assist in developing marketing and communications assets under senior guidance.
• Help execute campaigns across email, digital, events, content, and communications channels.
• Contribute to project planning, timelines, coordination, and maintain activity calendars.
• Support sponsorships, events, and conferences, including on‑the‑day coordination.
• Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance while ensuring compliance with brand, legal, risk, and privacy standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing Managers, Business Partners, and Specialists, seeking feedback and sharing ideas.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in a corporate or agency environment, preferably with exposure to marketing or communications.
• Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong written communication and editing abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Attention to detail, quality control, and disciplined time‑management.

• Ability to quickly learn and apply AI and marketing tools.
