About the role
We are seeking a Luxury Consultant to join our Cruise Boutique team within Flight Centre Travel Group. Based in Auckland CBD and working remotely, you will represent our premium cruise brand, delivering bespoke travel experiences to high‑net‑worth clients.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalised luxury cruise recommendations and bookings for discerning customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel partners and cruise operators.
- Achieve sales targets through consultative selling and upselling of premium services.
- Stay informed about global cruise itineraries, product updates and industry trends.
Required profile
- Proven experience in travel sales, luxury hospitality or related consultancy roles.
- Passion for networking, travel and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
