About the role
We are looking for a senior leader to own both media and creative functions for Layaway NZ. You will decide which ads are produced, build and lead your own team, and work directly with the founder.
Key responsibilities
- Own the media and creative strategy, determining ad concepts and execution.
- Recruit, build and manage a high‑performing acquisition team.
- Develop and scale the US Meta acquisition engine to generate US$1 million+ per month.
