About the role

English 1 is hiring recent graduates and early‑career professionals to teach English to young learners in China. This full‑time, entry‑level friendly programme offers a structured career path, visa sponsorship and comprehensive training.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English to students aged 3–16 in an interactive classroom setting.
• Deliver high‑energy lessons using English 1’s award‑winning curriculum and digital tools.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students build confidence in their English skills.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities and student engagement programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and clean background check.
• Genuine interest in education, travel and cultural exchange.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus – sponsorship possible.
